Benjamin Ho | Principal Solicitor
Benjamin Ho is the Principal Solicitor of Legentis, a legal and compliance professional with years of experience spanning the financial services industry and regulatory compliance environments.
Benjamin has worked with a range of large scale AFSL entities, including investment firms, superannuation funds, and trustee and custody service providers — some of which are publicly listed and manage multi-billion dollar portfolios. His work has involved advising on licensing and operational compliance, risk management frameworks, product structuring, and financial services governance.
He has also completed legal internships in Sydney, Adelaide, and Hong Kong, gaining valuable exposure to a variety of legal issues, including administrative, regulatory, and court-based matters.

Is my information kept confidential?

Are you fully licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a law practice incorporated in New South Wales, Australia regulated by different regulatory bodies such as the Law Society of New South Wales. We are covered by professional indemnity insurance in accordance with Law Society requirements and our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
How long will my matter take?
Timeframes vary depending on the complexity of your case. During your initial consultation, we will provide a realistic estimate and keep you informed at every stage.
